This company’s the best. Answered my call on Sunday morning for a dead battery. We’re going to tow to Firestone by Southlake Mall. Brandon, the driver, offered to jump my truck with his special equipment. Worked like a charm. Very professional man, kind, and thoughtful. Highly recommend this outfit should you need them. Never came! Stuck on the side of 65 with semi's speeding past. Called and was told someone was coming. 40 min later called for eta and told 20 more min. 40 min later called and went to voicemail and left message. 20 min later called and left voicemail. THEY HAD OUR NUMBER AND NEVER CALLED US!! Ended up calling another tow company that came in 20 min. Very poor service.
